About Us
With 35 years of culinary expertise taking him from his roots in Upstate NY to Southern California, Bermuda, Bahamas, and Nantucket, MA. before relocating to central Florida in late 2023, chef/ owner Frederick Bisaillon has crafted a space where exquisite cuisine meets inviting atmosphere.
With such an eclectic background, chef Bisaillon pulls from all of his experience to bring a casual yet refined culinary vision to the robust dining scene of Mt. Dora.
